The new CD with the Freja Bluegrass Band (From Mountainlake to Riverside) is released in April 2008. It has 11 tracks and is recorded at Riverside Studios. It took a whole year to complete the project between gigs and work. It was mastered by a master - Eric Uglum at New Wine Sound Studio in California. He is one of the best mastering technicians in bluegrass. Nine of the tracks are original and two are covers. Guest on the CD is 17 year old Vidar Aspelin who plays guitar on his own tune Dancing Creek. The CD can be bought from the band at gigs, the cost is 100 SEK. You can also order the CD from CD Baby or buy in Musikverkstan - Göteborg. Here are a couple of pictures from the production of the CD. Philip records a vocal Freja takes a nap after being exhausted from recording. Björn is preparing for his next recordingsession.
